COUNCIL PUBLIC AUCTION

The property at 129 Bridge Street North Lismore will be offered for sale by public auction, on behalf of Lismore City Council – under the sale of unpaid rates and charges, 713 & 715 of the Local Government Act 1993.
The auction will be held at the Lismore City Hall on 28th November 2020 at 10am. All interested bidders will need to register prior to the auction, which will be available from 9am on the day.
Please contact our office to pre-register for this auction prior to the 28th November 2020 or from 9am on the day. Only registered bidders will be able to attend with a 10% deposit payable on the day from the successful bidder.

The property is located in North Lismore, a short walk to Lismore Show Ground and local high school - Richmond River High. The vacant parcel of land is 639m2 in size.
