A suburb on the move, Goonellabah covers the largest area of all suburbs and boasts the largest population.  Popular for its elevated position free from flood there are new estates being developed to add to the mixture of established dwellings from new 4+ bedroom houses through to units and public housing.  A great area for investment with approximately 30% of dwellings being rental properties.
